The train station proximity was acceptable. It made travel convenient.
THE hotel laundry facilities proved inadequate. Dryers failed to properly dry clothes, even after eighty minutes. I found this unacceptable given THE hotel's high price and proximity to the airport. The limited number of machines for a large hotel also created long waits.

the hotel was very close to the train station and supermarket , making it easy to get around and buy necessities.
the front desk staff gave contradictory answers to questions and seemed poorly trained. for example , they would not let me take drinks to my room even though vending machines with beer were available. also , i had trouble ordering taxis , a very frustrating situation.

the air conditioning system didn't allow temperatures below 21 degrees celsius, it was a bit too warm. a thinner blanket would have been welcome!

the hotel is conveniently located one minute from shiomi station. several restaurants , a supermarket , and convenience stores nearby offered great last-minute shopping. our family room had four separate beds , so we didn't need to share. it felt very relaxing due to the quiet surrounding area.

The hotel is very close to the train station. It takes less than 10 minutes to reach the main station. The breakfast selection was diverse with local and international choices. The omelets were also great (especially the cheese one!).
